CANCELATION POLICY

Clients are required to pay an immediate $100 deposit at the time of booking to secure a colour appointment. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will require a MINIMUM of 5 days’ notice. This deposit will be held in credit to your colour service or used as a cancellation fee, should you not cancel within the required period. I’m very strict with my cancellation policy as clients who cancel within short notice, not only cost the business but stop others from having the opportunity to make an appointment at that time.

APPOINTMENT TIMES & RUNNING LATE

As a busy salon, I run on very strict times allocated for each appointment. If you are running late to an appointment, please call me as soon as possible. Due to the nature of haircut or colour procedures, it is something that I can NOT rush. If too much time has passed upon arrival to perform the service, you will be rescheduled to the next suitable time and fees will apply. Depending on how much time is needed for your following treatment fees may vary between $50-$100.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Please read the deposit policy thoroughly before paying your deposit.

  • Deposits will be deducted from the final cost of your hair services.
  • This deposit is non-refundable in all cases yet can be transferred to another date.
  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, your new time will be scheduled at my next available date.

A minimum of 5 days’ notice of cancellation/rescheduling must be given. Failure to cancel in the time or requesting to reschedule more than once will forfeit the deposit (for example, if your appointment is on a Thursday, to avoid us forfeiting your deposit, you would need to reschedule on/before the Saturday before)

GIFT VOUCHERS & PRE-PAYMENT OF SERVICE

Gift Vouchers and pre-payments of any hair services are non-refundable in all cases. In the event that you wish to change your gift voucher service or treatment, a salon credit will be given to use on a service provided within the salon.

DOG POLICY

Salon H is a dog friendly salon. My dogs (Rocky, Yuna and Zuzu) are a well-trained dog that accompany me in the salon. I believe that a dog can foster a friendlier and happier workplace. Their fun, playful and can have a positive influence on my clients and in turn my work. Clients that have an allergy or fear of dogs need to consider the above before making a booking at Salon H. I will not remove my dogs from the salon to please clients who have problems with dogs. Parental supervision is needed with children.
